Hot Yoga Conditioning

A hot yoga enviroment brings an further dimension to a persons practice. With a room temperature of between 90 and 105 degrees the asana practice can be developed and extended, using the additional flexibility and extentions provided by the heat.

We hold regular conditioning classes to increase a persons yoga fitness and flexibiity to develop a better aligned asana practice.

You will need tobring two towels, one for the mat and one for showering, a change of clothes and plenty of water.
