Lower Body Yoga follows Howard as he takes you through a 30 minute routine targeting the lower torso. The majority of exercises are floor based and therefore better suited to the home environment.
Howard stretches the lower body via a sequence of postures governed by the hips. The DVD will benefit all those who suffer from bad lower backs, sciatica or stiffness in the legs.
The postures and sequences are all a part of a series and hence inextricably linked; the results and benefits are all encompassing.
