Meditation is a very personal practice and cannot be forced. It will invoke very different meanings and experiences for everyone and some people will find it extremely challenging while others will just ease into it. In today’s hectic stressful society we all need something to help us cope with our daily lives and meditation is a wonderful way.
People often find that meditation will help with generally feeling better, improved concentration, reduced anxiety and sleep deeper.
Our regular meditation classes uses various meditation technoques teach how to sit for longer periods of time, how to breath effectively and how to clear the mind. We use various meditation techniques to support the student to meditate.
The classes last 90 minutes and are generally broken into three sittings and a refreshment break.
